1994 Neighbourhood Drugstore -  Nostalgic Houses and Shop Series - #11 - Comes in it's original box packaging. This set is in fair to good condition.

Note that these items were created originally as hanging Christmas tree ornaments. There is a metal hanging hook on the roof.

The Nostalgic Houses and Shop Hallmark Ornament series started with the 1984 Victorian Dollhouse. Every year a new shop or house would be released over the past 30 years. Many of these are highly collectible. The Nostalgia Houses and Shops series is one of the most popular Christmas collectibles, originally intended as a hanging ornament on a Christmas tree, as you'll see by the small hook on the top. But these adorable little houses and shops make the perfect miniature dollhouse or Christmas-themed village too. These ornaments can hang on your tree, or be displayed in your dollhouse nursery as a themed dollhouse within your miniature scene. They would be around 1:144 scale which makes them ideal as a "dollhouse" for a 1:12 scale scene.

Furnished inside with miniature items applicable to the theme. Note that all mini furniture and items are fixed and not intended to be removed. Doors do not open etc.

Measurements: approximately 10.5 cm high. 7 cm wide. 3.5 cm depth.

In excellent pre-owned condition.

Includes original box package which is in fair to good condition. There is a slight tear on the top corner of the box tab and shelf wear in various places. 

Other accessories seen in images are not included, but are for styling purposes only. Many of these may also be available in store, depending on availability at the time.
