Christmas Delivery Advice from Sylvania's Postman Pete!

Thankyou for shopping at Sylvanian Specialty Store. We appreciate your orders and hope that these delightful Sylvanian Families gifts will make someone's Christmas very special in a way that Sylvanian Families can.

Please do read our Christmas Parcel Delivery information below, as we wouldn't want anyone to experience the disappointment of much awaited parcels not arriving in time for Christmas.

 

Our store is open for orders until 13th of December, until midday.

(from midday,  Thursday 13th December our checkout will be CLOSED until the New Year)

So please place orders soon. Also please note that Sylvanian Specialty Store is located in regional Queensland, meaning parcels may take a few days over and above usually anticipated postal times to reach their destination.

Postal Times

Current estimated times for parcels from our store via the Australia Post website between 6 and 14 days.

QLD,  NSW and VIC - 6 to 10 working days

SA - approximately 10 working days.

WA and NT - 3 weeks (Parcels posted after 1st December are unlikely to arrive before Christmas)

This is only a general estimate and parcels may experience delays in December due to the high volume of Christmas mail being processed. Once items are purchased, we update all orders with tracking details, which you can refer to for a close estimate of arrival time

We would advise you to place orders soon, to receive your parcel as early as possible before Christmas

West Australia and Northern Territory

During the Christmas season, parcels to West Australia and Northern Territory may take  3 weeks to arrive, due to the high volumes of mail being delivered, therefore it is possible that items ordered in December may not arrive pre-Christmas. We would advise you to place orders no later than 30th November, or at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.

High Volume Christmas mail may cause postal delays

All parcels are sent with either Australia Post or through a Courier system. Once the consignment leaves our store we have no control over the length of time a parcel may take to reach it's destination.

Our best advice is PLEASE place ORDERS as early as possible to receive your mail before Christmas, as late orders run the risk of being delayed due to slower mail processing times.

Items not received in time

As we have no control over mail delivery once it is in the hands of our designated mail carrier, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or make refunds for items that were expected to arrive before Christmas, but were delayed over the Christmas mail season.

Please consider Christmas season mail times to your designated postcode BEFORE placing orders. Once an item has been posted and is on it's way to you, the order cannot be cancelled, as the item cannot be recalled in transit.
