Note that the tree is coated in glitter. Some shedding of glitter will occur. The tree has been sprayed with an acrylic seal to help lessen the shedding of glitter, but some may still occur. 

Handy Tip: Be sure the measure the floor to ceiling height of your dollhouse, as this street is tall for a dollhouse. The average ceiling height of a 1:12 scale dollhouse is around 23 cm.
