The Wire-Haired Dachshund raises its cute tousled head with its distinctive moustache. It watches your every move and knows when you are about to leave the house. Going out? It's right there with you! This little whirlwind is very lively and always up for an adventure. It gets especially excited when there is a wild animal in the forest to be sniffed out. That's when its hunting instinct kicks in. It isn't even afraid of going into deep holes. Although it has short legs, it can dig holes like a champ. Before you know it, its long little body has completely disappeared!
